Meeting Room

Perfect place for small groups

The meeting room is used for programs sponsored by the Library, Library Board of Directors, Friends of the Library, and other library and community-related organizations.  The meeting room is intended to further the Library’s mission through enriching lives and encouraging self-education.

Groups wishing to use the meeting room must complete and have an approved meeting room application form available at the Library, by calling the Library at 717-665-6700 or emailing us. Reservations for the meeting room are on a first come, first served basis and library use takes precedence.  The Library assesses fees for certain meeting room responsibilities.
